Privacy policy

I collect the bare minimum, only to answer your requests. No advertising, no resale, no tracking cookies. Here are the details, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

Through the contact form, I only collect the information you enter:

  • full name and email address (required);
  • company and phone (optional);
  • need, indicative budget and the content of your message.

Your IP address is used temporarily, in memory, to limit abusive submissions (anti-spam). It is not stored.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to answer your request, prepare a possible quote and follow up on our conversation.

Legal basis: your consent (form checkbox) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention period

Data from contacts who did not become clients is kept for 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted. For clients, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then for the period required by law (notably accounting: 10 years for invoices).

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended solely for Aaron Ladron. It is never sold, rented or transferred. The following technical providers act as processors:

  • Resend (Resend Inc., USA): delivery of emails sent from the form;
  • Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA): website hosting.

These transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Audience measurement uses a privacy-friendly tool (Plausible or Umami), without cookies and without identifying personal data: statistics are aggregated and anonymous. That's why no consent banner is needed.

If you book a call through the embedded calendar (Cal.com), that service may set its own technical cookies, required for the booking.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights over your data at any time:

  • right of access and rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to object and to restrict processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time;
  • right to set instructions regarding your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to kodazz@outlook.fr. I will reply within one month at most. Proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to data is limited to what is strictly necessary.

Complaints
